The Magic Aire Manufacturing Facility (Wichita Falls, TX) recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event was hosted by Carrier to launch the new Ecozone™ indoor package commercial units. Guests at the Magic Aire facility had an opportunity to view these new units, which, according to Carrier, are used primarily for multi-story office buildings. The units can be placed on each individual floor of a building, allowing tenants to control heating and cooling on a floor-by-floor basis. Tom Gaubatz, general manager of Carrier’s commercial airside group, says that the launch of Ecozone shows the manufacturer’s commitment to the indoor package unit market and to the company’s North American customers.
