MCLEAN, Va. — North American Technician Excellence, Inc. (NATE) announced the launch of a toll-free number and a fax-on-demand service. Both are part of NATE’s ongoing effort to provide hvac technicians with access to certification information.

The toll-free number is 877-420-NATE (6283). Technicians can request information about the organization’s new Air Conditioning Excellence HVAC technician certification exams, or speak to a customer service representative.

The fax-on-demand service allows technicians to have frequently requested forms and FAQ (frequently asked questions) sheets sent directly to a fax machine, including information on the new certification exams.
