EAST PETERSBURG, Pa. - As exhibitors set up for one of the world's largest oil heating expos in May in Hershey, Pa., managers and owners alike will have an opportunity to participate in management workshops on Monday, May 23. It's all part of the 52nd Annual Convention and Trade Show of the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM), which is scheduled for May 22-26 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.

Al Levi of Appleseed Business Inc. will make a presentation on "Staffing Power" to commence the day's seminars. He is a past education chairman for NAOHSM, a former partner of OSI, Oceanside, N.Y., and is presently an independent business consultant. Levi's thoughts about "Leadership Power" will be presented at 2 p.m.

Attendees will be able to sample the core courses in NAOHSM's innovative Professional Service Managers Academy (PROSMA), which will be launched in conjunction with Penn State University (PSU). Harry Johnson of PSU will be offering presentations throughout the day. Each session will highlight the contents of each of the formal 16-hour core courses in the PROSMA program.
