PASADENA, CA — The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) kicked off its 2002 Home Builders Care campaign with the appearance of its “Springtime in the Neighborhood” float at the 113th Tournament of Roses Parade on Jan. 1.

The NAHB-sponsored float appeared before a worldwide live television audience as well as a capacity crowd at the Rose Parade.
