BRENTWOOD, N.Y. - Jamie Leddy, an employee with Caribbean Air Conditioning Corp. of Northport, N.Y., was electrocuted on June 16 while inspecting a rooftop unit.

The accident occurred in an industrial park in Brentwood on Long Island, N.Y. Suffolk (N.Y.) police are investigating the cause of the accident.
