The straight watertube boilers only have a few moving parts - the damper motor, blower, and some valves. Because these boilers only have a few moving parts, less maintenance and fewer repairs are necessary, says the manufacturer. According to the company, the blowers do not require constant cleaning. To keep the boilers running reliably, the electronic controls maintain water quality, the manufacturer states.
