The GB-24 is a centralized controller for the City Multi Controls Network (CMCN), an integrated controls network for the City Multi variable refrigerant flow zoning (VRFZ) system. The CMCN consists of remote controllers, centralized controllers, building management system (BMS) interfaces, and integrated software that provide advanced, user-friendly control for all zones in a building. The centralized controller can monitor and control up to 24 indoor units and supports several different software options. The setback control feature allows the end user to define one or more temperatures to be maintained for a predetermined period in applications including office buildings or retail centers. The controller can be used with Mr. Slim® split-ductless residential air conditioning and heat pump systems, giving homeowners greater control and energy savings by allowing them to monitor temperatures from a computer.
