Michigan Contractor Achieves ISO 14001 Certification

HIGHLAND PARK, MI – The John E. Green Co. here is one of the first mechanical contractors in Michigan, and one of the first in the U.S., to earn the ISO 14001 accreditation, according to company president Peter J. Green. The company was recognized for its “superior management of environmental issues.”

“John E. Green Co. has always been committed to upholding environmental integrity, which we wanted to convey through this accreditation,” Green said. “We hope the trend to seek ISO 14001 continues for company morale, client confidence, and most of all, protection of our resources.”
