STAMFORD, CT — MeadWestvaco Corporation has formed a new limited liability corporation, which will combine the business assets of its Corrosion Technology Groups with those of Bioclimatic Inc., a manufacturer of air purification systems. The new business, MeadWestvaco Air Systems, has capabilities to serve both industrial and commercial markets. The new business will operate as part of MeadWestvaco’s Specialty Chemicals Division.
