The Pathfinder™ air-cooled chiller features three efficiency levels to help reduce energy costs and meet sustainable goals. The chiller’s quiet operation makes it ideal for sound-sensitive environments such as schools, churches, and other facilities located in residential neighborhoods, says the company. Unit capacities range from 175 to 515 tons in both 50 and 60 Hz. The unit’s compressor controls use precise control logic for optimum operating efficiencies at both full and part load. After the Daikin Remote Service is enabled, manufacturer technicians can remotely review the current chiller operation, diagnose operational issues, and reset alarms/settings for proactive troubleshooting and responsiveness on all Pathfinder chillers installed in North America. Key components are located on the unit’s periphery, allowing easy access to the most commonly serviced components. The chiller uses R-134a refrigerant.
