At ARI Standard 210/240 conditions, this unit has a 12-SEER rating, nominal cooling capacities of 48,000 and 56,500 Btuh, and the ability to duct the conditioned air. It has a sloped top, built-in mounting flanges, high-pressure and loss-of-charge switches with lockout relay, and a time delay/antishort timer. Options offered include scroll compressors, hot-gas reheat, and GreenWheel total energy wheel. Other ventilation options include a two-position motorized damper capable of 0 to 450 cfm of outside air with pressure relief, a manual damper with pressure relief capable of 0 to 450 cfm of outside air, a manual damper without pressure relief capable of 0 to 450 cfm of outside air, and a manual damper capable of 0% to 15% of rated airflow of outside air.
