March 7, 2006: Aerotech Opens New Lab in New Orleans Area

PHOENIX - Aerotech P&K Inc. announced that it has opened a laboratory in the New Orleans area to continue restoration support efforts throughout the Gulf Coast region following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

The laboratory is located at 2501 Lexington Avenue in Kenner, La. It provides rush analysis for spore traps, swab samples, and tape samples. Additional service offerings include sampling supplies, sample drop off, product ordering, and on-the-spot technical support. The New Orleans location joins Aerotech P&K Gulf Coast Region facilities in Miami, Pensacola, and Tampa, Fla.

"The impact of the hurricanes in this region will be felt for years to come. We look forward to partnering with environmental professionals in the region as we all work together in restoring the environment and repairing the damage done to personal and public property," stated David Fetveit, Aerotech P&K general manager.

Aerotech's laboratories provide multiple analytical services including indoor air quality (IAQ), industrial hygiene (IH), consumer products, food safety, and environmental testing.
