CINCINNATI - One of the Cincinnati area’s largest heating and air companies, Willis Heating & Air Conditioning, announced that it is joining the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning network and will now serve the heating and cooling needs of homeowners as Willis One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Willis One Hour is currently hiring technicians at its 756 Old State Route 74 location.
“Delivering exceptional customer service has been a hallmark of Willis since its founding in the 50s. One Hour’s systems will enable us to expand our service offering through scheduling express service times and the delivery of One Hour’s ‘always on time or you don’t pay a dime’ guarantee,” said Joe Gertz, Willis’ 13-year general manager.
Willis One Hour employs 90 people, with 60 trucks, who provide heating and cooling service and installations across the Cincinnati area. Willis is an active member of the Cincinnati community and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Individuals must have a clean driving record, successfully complete a criminal background check, and pass a drug screen as a condition of employment. Candidates must also have EPA certification and a tech school diploma. The company said it is offering a $1,000 signing bonus as well as premium pay and a strong benefit package to new technicians.
