Manufacturers: Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel

Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. (Wheeling, WV) announced that it has purchased AK Steel Corp.’s 49% ownership in a joint venture that produces cut-to-length galvanized sheets for the hvac market. The joint venture company, which will now be called Feralloy-Wheeling Specialty Processing Co., has production facilities in Dover, OH.
