SARTELL, MN — SPX Valves & Controls™ is a new division within the Flow Technology Group of SPX Corporation resulting from the merger of DeZurik/Copes-Vulcan, CMB Industries, and Mueller Steam Specialties.

According to Jerry Priest, president of SPX Valves & Controls, combining these companies will give customers a wider range of synergistic products. Product offerings available include hvac, pulp and paper, power and nuclear, hydrocarbon process, petrochemical, water and wastewater, mining, irrigation, plumbing and fire protection, and general industrial markets.
