Lennox International Inc. (Dallas, TX) has named David L. Inman as vice president, controller, and chief accounting officer effective November 12, 2001. Inman replaces John Hubbach, who has been appointed as vice president, finance for Service Experts Inc.

Cooper Instrument Corp. (Midfield, CT) has acquired Atkins Temptec (Gainesville, FL), a manufacturer of digital thermocouple thermometers.

Emerson divisions Emerson Motion Control (Eden Prairie, MN) and Control Techniques have merged to form one division. The division will now be known as Control Techniques.

Venture Tape (Rockland, MA) has increased the size of its headquarters with the recent completion of a 30,000-sq-ft addition, creating a 134,500-sq-ft facility.
