  • Siemens Building Technologies Inc. (Buffalo Grove, Ill.) announced the appointment of Bob Dixon to senior vice president and global head of energy services and solutions.

  • Modine Manufacturing Co. (Racine, Wis.) has entered into a new, five-year $200 million unsecured, multi-currency revolving credit facility to be used for general corporate purposes.

  • Controlsys (Montreal) has concluded an exclusive agreement with Johnson Controls Inc. (Milwaukee) to promote the company's products in Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.

  • ITT Industries (Morton Grove, Ill.) announced the appointment of Engineered Equipment & Systems Co. and James M. Pleasants Co. as sales representative firms.

  • Winners of the Bradford White Corp. (Falls Church, Va.) 2004 scholarship awards included Christopher Bagley of Saumderston, R.I., a plumbing technology student at the New England Institute of Technology; Timothy Seidel of Birdsboro, Pa., a plumbing apprentice at the Berks Career & Technology Center; and Thomas VanDeHei of Seymour, Wis., a plumbing apprentice at the Fox Valley Technical Institute.

  • Nibco Inc. (Elkhart, Ind.) and Victaulic (Easton, Pa.) announced the formation of NVent LLC (Allentown, Pa.), a new joint venture designed to offer faster and more profitable small-diameter pipe joining solutions for the North American market. In early 2005, the new company is scheduled to introduce a new "no flame" push-to-connect joining system.
