  • Global Energy Group Inc. (Odessa, FL) was a winner of the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) energy efficiency competition for unitary air conditioner technology procurement. The competition asked competitors to provide the most cost-efficient air conditioning unit for low-rise commercial buildings.

  • Metal-Fab Inc. (Wichita, KS) says it has updated its website to include more product information, specifications, installation information, and other information. The Web address has also changed. The site can now be found at www.metal-fabinc.com.

  • American Standard Companies Inc. (Piscataway, NJ) will consolidate its media planning and buying for its U.S.-based brands with Media North America, part of the Initiative Media Worldwide unit of Interpublic Group Companies.

  • Wyatt Engineering (Lincoln, RI) has launched a redesigned website at www.wyattflow.com. The new site includes a Flow Application Submittal Form, as well as product Techbriefs with sizing tables and other information.

  • Lennox (Dallas, TX) recently presented its 2001 regional awards. Regional winners included Ron Alpaugh, Ted Blackmon, Jack Ward, Larry Brown, Bill Dove, Ray Cole, and Roger Weuve. Cole was also presented with the “S” Award for being the overall regional winner.
