Clark Hale has been appointed president of Copeland Refrigeration. Scott Barbour has been promoted to president of Copeland Air Conditioning. Chuck Spears has been appointed president of Copeland Europe. Bill Bosway has been promoted to president of Copeland Asia.

  • York International (Melville, N.Y.) has hired Jeffery A. Pino as a territory manager. Pino will cover the Westchester County, New York, territory.

  • Dri-Steem Humidifier Company (Minneapolis) introduced an online program called Energy-Calc™. The program estimates dollars saved by using gas humidification rather than electric, and can be found at www.dristeem.com.

  • RAE Corp. (Pryor, Okla.) agreed to purchase the assets of King Coil from Mestek (Westfield, Mass.). The agreement provides for the extension of RAE’s heat transfer coil product line.
