  • R.W. Beckett Corp. (Elyria, OH) has announced the availability of a new “Commercial Burner Quick Reference Guide.” The guide covers setup and service procedures for Beckett CF1400, CF2300, CF2500, and CF3500 burners.   • Shell UK Exploration and Production (Aberdeen, Scotland) has selected Yokogawa Electric Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) to supply its Yokogawa CS 3000 Distributed Control System (DCS) for a major upgrade of the Brent Alpha North Sea production platform.

  • Beckett Gas Inc. (Elyria, OH) has promoted Morrison J. Carter to president and ceo of the company. Carter succeeds Robert S. Cook, who passed away in February of this year.

  • Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) will provide Rockwell Automation Asset Management Program (RAAMP™) agreements to several major manufacturers totaling more than $5.5 million. The company will provide maintenance, repair, and operations services for such companies as Alcoa, Briggs & Stratton, John Deere Harvester Works, and more.
