  • Grundfos Pumps North America (Kansas City, KS) has bestowed its Water Innovation Award on Joseph M. DiFrancesco III, operations manager of Public Service Plumbers Inc. (Dallas, TX). The award recognized DiFrancesco’s work to bring water-efficient plumbing design to Dallas.
  • Goettl Air Conditioning Inc. (Phoenix, AZ) has achieved 100% compliance with the 2001 pretreatment requirements with the City of Phoenix Water Service Department, Pollution Control Division. This is the fifth year that Goettl has received this recognition.
  • Hansen Technologies (Burr Ridge, IL) has expanded its international operations. The company has moved its international sales office to Singapore and has appointed Tay Seck Guan as the new regional sales manager for Asia.
  • Airflow Systems Inc. (Dallas, TX) has announced a merger with Fab-Tech Inc. The merger will expand Airflow’s metal fabrication capabilities and improve its manufacturing processes.

  • Mark Vagle, executive vice president and general manager for Virginia KMP Corp. (Dallas, TX), has resigned from his position. Brian Dillon has been appointed as the new president of the company, effective May 14, 2002.

Two 53-ft McQuay semi-trailers will stop in 14 states and three provinces through July, and will present a number of the company’s newest products.
