• Denso Corp. (Kariya, Japan) intends to elect Nobuaki Katoh as president and CEO after the annual June shareholders meeting. Koichi Fukaya will be promoted to vice chairman and Akihiko Saito will remain as chairman.

• Nomaco Insulation (Wake Forest, N.C.) named Richard Berry as national sales manager and Shawn Dunahue as regional sales manager for the East Coast.
