  • HBD/Thermoid Inc. (Bellefontaine, Ohio) promoted David Gossett to product sales manager of its industrial and aviation ducting operations located in Chanute, Kan.

  • Ward Manufacturing Inc. (Blossburg, Pa.) acquired Wisconsin Nipple and Fitting Corp. (Milwaukee).

  • The Gastite Division of Titeflex Corp. (Springfield, Mass.) promoted Mark Harris to general manager and Carmin Lattell to vice president of sales and marketing.

  • Allied Air Enterprises' (Bellevue, Ohio) AirEaseâ„¢ brand received a Silver ADDY® from the Advertising Federation of Louisville's Louie Awards for its creative outdoor billboard campaign.
