Blygold America Inc. (Stevensville, Md.) has licensed Mobile Temp Inc. (Geismar, La.) as Blygold Baton Rouge to apply Blygold protective coating products for HVACR coils and equipment. Rheem Air Conditioning, a division of Rheem Manufacturing Co. (Fort Smith, Ark.) appointed William (Bill) A. Lux to the position of vice president international.

Peerless Electric (Warren, Ohio) has appointed Kinetic Technologies Inc. (KTI) (Rochester Hills, Mich.) as a new sales representative agency. KTI will provide customer sales and support for Peerless Electric Motor products for the state of Michigan.

Dectron Internationale (Roswell, Ga.) named Imbert Corp. (Niles, Ill.) as its “Rep of the Year” for 2002. The announcement was made during the Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition in Chicago.

Lindab Inc. (Stamford, Conn.) has promoted Lawrence T. Sunshine to vice president of marketing.

Goettl Air Conditioning (Phoenix) has reached an agreement in principle to sell selected manufacturing and contracting assets to a limited liability corporation owned by four members of its current management team. The new ownership LLC will be comprised of Dan Burke, Brad Morari, John Ryan, and Jason Fairfield.

Forensic Analytical Specialties Inc. (Hayward, Calif.) has acquired Compliance Management Solutions Inc., a provider of environmental health and safety consulting services, including asbestos management, IAQ management, and mold investigations and mitigation planning.
