Yokogawa Electric Corp. (Tokyo, Japan) has been selected to supply its fieldbus-ready Centum CS3000 integrated control system for the Scarab Saffron project and the Assuit Refinery New CDU project. Also, the company’s subsidiary, Yokogawa Corp. of America (Newnan, GA), has named Shuzo Kaihori chief executive officer.
Plastec Ventilation, Inc., has relocated its operation from Lansdale, PA, to Sarasota, FL. Also, Marion L. Pye has been appointed general manager of the company, while Frederic Sirot will serve as the North American sales manager.
EnLink Geoenergy Services (Houston, TX) has secured $7.2 million in “Series B” equity financing from a venture funding group led by Davis, Tuttle Venture Partners, L.P. (DTVP). EnLink will direct the capital into market expansion and provision of its proprietary geothermal heat pump (GHP) systems.
