LIBERTY CORNER, N.J. - Dennis Blievernicht, Bill Biggs, Tom DiGiacomo, and Bob McIvor, field service technical managers for Fedders Corp., have each earned North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certifications in air conditioning, heat pump, and gas furnace installation and service. Fedders’ field service technical managers are led by Jon Howell, director, parts and field service, who is also NATE certified. Being NATE certified means that Fedders’ technicians have achieved mastery of an industry-approved level of knowledge on everything from proper sizing and installation of HVAC equipment to sealing of ductwork to ensuring that Fedders’ products are operating at peak energy efficiency.

“We are very proud that our group of technicians is authorized to wear the NATE patch, a symbol recognized by the industry and a growing number of consumers as the mark of HVAC technician excellence,” said Pete Gasiewicz, president, Fedders North America. “This even further enhances Fedders’ ability to provide its customers with first-class technical support.”
