Readers of the newspaper were asked to vote for their personal favorites in multiple categories, including whom they thought was the best local heating and cooling company, hardware store, preschool, and disk jockey. Readers voted by mailing or dropping off ballots to the newspaper. Bob & Ed’s Heating and Cooling serves customers throughout the Little Rock area in Pulaski County.
“We are honored to have been selected by the readers of the Sherwood Voice as ‘The Best’ in the Cooling and Heating Company category for 2003,” said Richard Harrison, Rheem Team dealer and manager, Bob & Ed’s Heating and Cooling. “This award validates our commitment to providing our neighbors in the Little Rock area with fair prices and outstanding customer care every time.”
“Our Rheem Team dealers constantly strive to provide the best in HVAC customer service, so we congratulate Bob & Ed’s Heating and Cooling for receiving such an important recognition as this in their hometown,” said Gary Wehunt, marketing programs manager for Rheem Air Conditioning Division.
The publication recognized the Rheem Team dealer by awarding it a blue ribbon and listing the company in a special section of the newspaper. The dealer is using the “Readers' Choice” distinction in their advertising and marketing efforts.
