The company has added the P1 classification reference to its Shield-Arc® HYP (E7010-G) and Shield-Arc 80 (E8010-G) cellulosic pipe welding electrodes. Not only do the electrodes meet the required AWS specifications and classification requirements, but they also offer operator appeal with the proper arc force in the puddle to facilitate faster travel speeds, the company says.
