Himod® air conditioning systems provide high sensible cooling capacity and a footprint of 17 sq ft. Capacities range from 8 to 12 tons of cooling. The system is available with upflow (ducted or free-flow) or downflow (underfloor) air discharge. The system has a single compressor circuit, inlet centrifugal fans, and a scroll compressor designed with limited moving parts, antivibrating mounts, high mean time between failure (MTBF), and low noise levels. This front-access system is available in air-cooled, glycol, or Glycool™ configurations that use R-22 or -407C. A choice of control packages is offered: the Advanced Microprocessor Control and the Advanced Microprocessor with Graphics Control.
