DALLAS, TX — In response to significant growth in recent years that has increased the size of its risk management operations, Lennox International, Inc., has formed Lake Park Insurance Ltd., a captive insurance company. According to the manufacturer, Lake Park will reinsure the risks of Lennox International and provide a cost-effective alternative to purchasing insurance from the conventional market.

Harry Ashenhurst has been appointed president of Lake Park Insurance. He will also continue to serve as chief administrative officer of Lennox International. John Garzonie has been appointed as vice president of the insurance company. He was formerly director, risk management for Lennox.

“Through the captive insurance program, we can better leverage our insurance program for greater flexibility and long-term profit,” said Ashenhurst.
