The company says it has redesigned its offset aviation snips to be stronger, more durable, and easier to use than ever before. According to the manufacturer, improved heat treating and forming processes produce tougher, stress-free blades for greater resistance to wear and breakage. Using a new precision grinding process together with a unique blade design yields a snip that glides through metal, making straight, curved, and circular cuts more easily than other snips, claims the company. The handles of these snips are designed to open only 5 inches and still allow a full-length cut. These aviation snips are available in both left-cut and right-cut models.
