What are the two most important qualities customers look for in a refrigeration contractor? The first is responsiveness. As the saying goes, “Ice cream has no patience.” The second most important quality is knowledge in this era of constantly changing refrigerant and energy regulations.

Source Refrigeration & HVAC announced that it has partnered with management to acquire Refrigeration Solutions Inc. and Advanced Refrigeration Systems (together, RSI). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Although I know the refrigeration business is a very tough one, I still think refrigeration contractors and technicians have it better on the “R” side of the business than do the guys on the HVAC side.

To me, cleanliness is extremely important, especially as to what the meat preparation area looks like after it is closed for the evening. I would hope all customers put high priority on store cleanliness and store owners do the same.
