June 27, 2006: Johnson Controls Acquires Berg Inc.
Berg provides HVAC and plumbing services for commercial and industrial customers throughout Louisiana, east Texas, and southern Arkansas. The company currently has approximately 231 employees.
"Berg will offer additional depth and breadth of skills, service capabilities, and management to Johnson Controls customers in the Gulf South," said John Murphy, vice president and general manager of North America service and solutions, Johnson Controls.
