LAVERNIA, Texas — PowerCold Corporation announced that it has entered into a cooperative agreement with Munters Commercial Dehumidification Division for the marketing and sale of commercial HVAC packages. Munters and PowerCold will target certain national account chains for a joint sales effort. PowerCold will become a key customer of Munters and will promote Munters commercial products to its key national account customers.

Munters Commercial Dehumidification Division, a subsidiary of Munters Corporation, manufactures air conditioning and dehumidification systems for commercial building environments.

Munters Corporation is a leader in humidity control with products and services for dehumidification, humidification, and cooling of air. Manufacturing and sales are carried out via Munter's own companies in more than 27 countries in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

PowerCold CEO Frank Simola commented, "Munters will be another important major strategic alliance supporting our business plan.
