According to the companies, the combined product provides Web-based asset management and maintenance services with real-time data on building automation equipment. It monitors equipment controlled with products from leading building automation companies.

The JENEsys/FacilityOne product provides for Web-based facilities management. With this product, real-time data, maintenance management, and cost budgeting can be applied to all assets from a single facility to a wide area network of facilities, the companies stated. The target users include hospitals, universities, K-12 school districts, military bases, REITS, and national retail/restaurant accounts.
