OKLAHOMA CITY - CMP Corp., an independent producer and supplier of OEM HVAC and refrigeration parts, has launched CMP Custom Manufacturing. The company said that, recognizing the need to enhance its already diverse product portfolio, the Custom Manufacturing division will include an additional 40,000 square feet of manufacturing space devoted to creating specialty compressor parts.

“Our extensive list of fabrication machinery, engineering capabilities, and fully certified inspection lab and quality control center helped us make the move into the custom manufacturing arena,” said Ben Harrison, president and COO of CMP. “By acquiring Glenn Tool of Oklahoma City, a well-respected custom manufacturing company founded in 1971, we increased our capabilities, expanded our manufacturing space to 80,000 square feet, and extended our service markets to include the oil, medical, and electronic industries, among others.”

The company currently employs more than 120 employees and ships to over 3,000 clients in more than 106 countries around the world.

“We’re aggressive. We stress quality and service over price, and we’re constantly developing new products,” said Harrison. “Company success is owed to an unwavering dedication to client and quality, the largest parts inventory in the world, highly competitive pricing, and 24-hour guaranteed delivery.”
