July 16, 2004: HVAC Agent, Service Roundtable Announce Alliance

DALLAS - HVAC Agent, an employment resource specifically for the HVACR industry, and Service Roundtable, a private contractor group, have announced a contractor support alliance.

"We've gotten outstanding reports on HVAC Agent from the contractors in the Service Roundtable," said Service Roundtable CEO Matt Michel. "The HVAC industry has a severe labor shortage and recruiting top talent is a major challenge. The solution our members recommend most often is HVAC Agent."

"HVAC Agent gets results," continued Michel. "They take a very unique and common sense approach to locating industry professionals. Every Service Roundtable member could benefit from their help to find the managers, sales professionals, technicians, and installers needed to grow a business."

"The Service Roundtable is an incredible opportunity for HVAC Agent member companies to share ideas with other contractors and consult with the top minds of the HVACR industry" said Mike Mayberry, president of HVAC Agent. "We feel honored to be aligned with such a great organization and look forward to contributing recruiting and hiring strategies in the group discussions."

While the details of the alliance are still being finalized, the Service Roundtable did announce that Mike Mayberry will be joining the Roundtable as a Consult & Coach Partner to help its members.
