MILWAUKEE - Johnson Controls received a Cisco Partner Summit theater award for the United States and Canada Solution Innovation Partner of the Year and a regional award for the United States and Canada Public Sector Solutions – Connected Real Estate. Cisco unveiled the winners on June 2 at its annual partner conference in Boston.

“I have the honor and privilege of recognizing Johnson Controls as a Cisco Partner Summit award winner,” said Wendy Bahr, senior vice president, United States and Canada channels at Cisco. “Both awards recognize Johnson Controls’ performance and accomplishments as a Cisco channel partner in the United States in 2008.”

Cisco Partner Summit awards are presented at three levels: regional, theater, and global. Cisco Partner Summit United States and Canada regional awards reflect a partner’s performance in a given geographic region of the United States or Canada.

“Johnson Controls is honored to be named a Solution Innovation Partner of the Year and to be recognized with the Public Sector Solutions Award – Connected Real Estate from Cisco,” said Allen Martin, Johnson Controls vice president and general manager of Systems North America, Latin America, and Middle East. “The awards highlight the great work our teams are doing together to deliver intelligent green buildings for customers.”
