The P266 condenser fan speed control is designed for single-phase permanent split capacitor motors used in a wide variety of outdoor low-ambient refrigeration and air conditioning condenser applications. Features include a stainless steel electronic pressure transducer that prevents refrigerant leaks; a patent-pending design that can extend motor life by reducing power and motor temperature at lower speeds; and a weather-resistant enclosure and field-adjustable speed, pressures, start voltage, and minimum speed/cutoff. According to the manufacturer, not only is the control more energy efficient, compatible with more fan motors, and extends motor life, but it also prevents any potential refrigerant leak.
