These sheet metal cutters cut holes in sheet metal up to five times faster and last up to five times longer than traditional bi-metal hole saws, claims the manufacturer. They are designed to provide more accuracy and rigidity in hole drilling operations, which eliminates the possibility of egg-shaped holes. With the manufacturer's patented arbor systems, the cutters can be used in hand-held drills or drill presses with 3/8- or 1/2-inch chucks. The arbor system allows for easy installation and removal of the cutters without concern about the cutter getting thread locked on the arbor.
