Jan. 14, 2010: ACCA Offers New NATE Computer Video Training on Gas Furnace Service

ARLINGTON, Va. - The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has released a new four-part computer video training series for North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification. “Mastering Gas Furnace Service” is guided by instructor Jack Rise, a leading HVACR educator. The series is designed to help technicians and others take and pass the NATE specialty exam in gas furnace service.

According to ACCA, the training series offers comprehensive instruction in an easy-to-understand manner, directing users through all of the parts with clear explanations and visual aids.

“There simply isn’t a more cost-effective way to provide employees with top-notch training,” says Paul Stalknecht, president and CEO of ACCA. “These NATE CDs allow users to progress at their own rate and during times convenient to them, learning from one of the leading experts in the HVACR field.”

The training, sold as a four-CD set with a list price of $299 or a discounted price of $199 for ACCA members, is available through the ACCA online store at www.acca.org/store.

Mastering Gas Furnace Service is part of the NATE Essentials training platform, which also includes sessions on core service, heat pump service, core installation, air conditioning installation, and more. For the full list of NATE Essentials topics, visit www.acca.org/nateessentials.
