ARLINGTON, TX — Callahan/Roach Products & Publications, a national developer and publisher of flat-rate pricing repair manuals for air conditioning and plumbing contractors, has announced that industry veteran Jeff Kelly and a group of Dallas-Fort Worth investors recently purchased assets of Callahan/Roach from Encompass Services Corporation, formerly known as GroupMAC.

Kelly, a 25-year plumbing and hvac professional, built a $30 million company in North Texas and then sold it to GroupMAC in 1997.

Joining Kelly’s team is Mike Hajduk, a 28-year hfac professional with experience at Lennox, Excellence Alliance, and GroupMAC. Hajduk will assume the role of president of Callahan/Roach.
