The Modular Hi-Rise fan coil product family is designed for either new construction or retrofit replacement markets. The units are designed with easy field configurations to risers, condensate drain, outdoor air, electrical, and supply air openings. The fan coils are ideal for all building types from low-rise to high-rise. Seven basic models with multiple configurations for concealed or exposed applications are available. The six standard sizes range from 300-2,000 cfm. Single and Ditto® units are offered. The manufacturer offers the Universal Modular On Demand (UMOD) three-week quick-ship program.
