Grand prize winner Craig Freshley of Good Group Decisions (Brunswick, Maine) was awarded a scholarship to the ICA/ASTD ICE. Freshley said, "I've put a lot of effort into the Web site, so it's great to be recognized. As an independent consultant, my Web site is my primary marketing tool." Freshley's Web site was chosen for the quality of its content, the look and design of the site, and because it's very well organized and easy to use.
