HRAI to Draft New Direction

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - The Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) board of directors and past chairs are developing a new strategic direction for the institute and have called for member input.

HRAI has compiled the results of a comprehensive online member survey conducted in June 2010 and used these results to draft a new strategy for the future. The next step is to find out what HRAI members think of the work done to date.

Members should read the draft strategic plan including the proposed Mission, Vision, Principles and Key Results Areas, which is available by contacting HRAI (800-267-2231 ext. 227 or e-mail warren.heeley@hrai.ca).

Following their review of the document, members are encouraged to report to HRAI what they like and what they feel needs to be changed or added to the draft plan.

According to HRAI, responding should take no more than 10 minutes. Comments must be submitted by March 11, 2011.
