MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Mark Boncardo, commercial director, Ineos Fluor Canada Inc., was appointed chair of the HRAI Manufacturers Division at its annual general meeting. Boncardo has served on the HRAI Manufacturers board of directors since 1997. He chaired the Divisions' Refrigeration Product Section from 1997 to 2003. Boncardo also serves as a director on the board of the Alliance for Responsible Atmospheric Policy and on the board of Refrigerant Management Canada. As chair, Boncardo presented the HRAI Manufacturers Distinguished Service Award to Rusty Jennings of Carrier Canada Limited at the Divisions' annual general meeting. Jennings was presented with this award for his dedication and commitment to the Manufacturers Division and the Canadian industry.

During the meeting, members also offered special thanks and recognized retiring director Shaun Quinn of S.A. Armstrong Limited, formerly with Honeywell Limited, for his commitment to the HRAI Manufacturers Division.
