MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors of Canada (HRAC) has launched a new Website that provides commercial contractors with all the necessary information required to comply with the Technical Safety and Standards Authority (TSSA) Regulation 220/01. TSSA’s Boilers and Pressure Vessels Regulation 220/01 states that contractors installing, repairing, or altering refrigeration piping systems over 3 tons capacity are required to have a TSSA Certificate of Authorization.

The new Website provides participating contractor members with access to the Quality Control Manual, brazing procedures, a CRN library, P-Standard drawings, and forms necessary to comply with the regulation. The Website is only accessible to participating HRAC member companies who are registered in the program. Members will also receive printed literature on the program that they can distribute to their customers acknowledging that they hold a Certificate of Authorization.
