The DCM 270BAH-OS (part of the company's Opti-Serve Series) is a hands-free cubelet icemaker and water dispenser that can produce up to 288 pounds of ice in 24 hours. The self-contained design reduces opportunities for cross contamination, says the manufacturer. Clean-Cycle 12â„¢ is said to perform a 15-minute flush every 12 hours. The unit features a stainless steel exterior, easy-to-remove air filter, separate water and ice dispensing, and a sanitary built-in bin, the company states. It can store up to 9 pounds of ice.
