The Building Master 4000 is a direct digital control (DDC) system for the user’s boiler, air quality, leak detection, refrigeration, or building management requirements, in one package. It is expandable to 256 control points by using 1-4 I/O nest, with a total integrated system of up to 1,516 control points. Analog and digital I/Os can be added as needed in groups of eight points each. The system communicates via TCP/IP networks. Full control is either by text program or graphical user interface “View” program. This control does not depend on any desktop computer for operation. The system can be remotely accessed to change set points or the control program itself.
