Greenheck’s Ultimate Steel Grease Fan (Model USGF) recently received Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance #07-0503.06 certifying that it passed stringent tests of its ability to withstand hurricane conditions. It is said to be ideal for heavy grease exhaust applications where high amounts of grease and/or solid fuels are used like char broilers, solid fuel cooking, and oriental cooking. Model USGF is constructed entirely of steel including the nonstick-coated wheel, windband, curb cap and motor compartment, and is powder-coated for protection.
